We created this exciting collection of retreats out of our love of art & travel but also our extensive experience.

Here's a little bit about us...

Hi I’m Sarah Stokes. Many of you may know me for my online courses through the Domestika platform. I’ve loved seeing your skills flourish and your confidence grow!

Others of you may have seen my work in Next, Wayfair, Amazon or via the gallery group Whitewall Galleries and Clarendon Fine Art… or on some of the luxury cruise liners! During the last few years, I felt a real sense of achievement selling so much artwork but painting can be a lonely old game … I’m truly at my happiest when surrounded by artists and creatives. I love to teach and help other artists realise their full potential.

Hi, my name’s Katie Beaumont and I’ve been working in the travel industry for over 20 years marketing, managing and overseeing activity holidays for a wide range of clients. Nothing excites me more than knowing that guests have had their full expectations met and even exceeded! Sarah and I have been working together for a number of years marketing and delivering luxury art retreats in the UK and overseas, whilst at the same time raising £1000’s towards conservation, wildlife and animal charities… something that is very dear to our hearts. Olive and Plum Ltd is the exciting and formal development of that relationship as we work together merging our 50 years collective experience and knowledge to bring you the best teaching experience in the most wonderful of venues with trusted art educators…teachers who will nurture and encourage your creativity as their number one goal.
